Try changing these GPS settings

For iPhone

To ensure FieldEdge has access to GPS location on your iPhone:

  1. Open the Settings app and go to Privacy > Location Services

  2. Scroll down until you find FieldEdge

  3. Under the heading “Allow Location Services” select “While Using the App”

  4. FieldEdge should now have access to your GPS location and should function correctly

 

For Android

To ensure FieldEdge has access to GPS location on your Android powered device:

  1. Open the Settings app and tap Apps under Device

  2. You’ll see a list of all the apps installed on your Android device. Tap FieldEdge to view more information.

  3. On the App info screen, you’ll see a “Permissions” category that lists all the permissions that individual app has access to. Tap “Permissions.”

  4. Now, if the Location toggle is set the OFF, switch it to ON

  5. FieldEdge should now have access to your GPS location and should function correctly
