You may have older precinct data from the NationBuilder Election Center (NBEC).

To confirm this, please contact NationBuilder support.

If this is the case, NationBuilder support can assist you to re-autodistrict your nation to generate the most up to date precinct information based off of the most recently updated "shapefiles" for that country or state.
