FieldEdge uses NationBuilder's built-in contact statuses to record the status / outcome / disposition of an interaction. Currently, NationBuilder has a built-in set of options that cannot be edited:

Left message
Meaningful interaction
Not interested
No answer
Refused
Send information
Other
Hiding Statuses
If you would like to hide certain contact statuses within FieldEdge, you can do so using our App Customization feature.
