If you are missing households from the map view or list view while canvassing, review these common issues:

  1. The households on the list are correctly geocoded. Here's how you can check.

  2. Your NationBuilder plan doesn't include geocoding. Learn more.

  3. If you are using the "assigned" permission, ensure that the people on the list have been assigned (point person) to appropriate canvasser. Learn more about permission sets.

  4. Your devices' GPS is turned and FieldEdge has permission to access it. Learn how to enable FieldEdge GPS access.
